This was a 2 camera 1 person shoot done by an independent videographer in Washington DC. I was asked to edit a total of 27 speaker presentations. The second camera had shot the PowerPoint screen. Unfortunately it was shot under the wrong lighting and in a low position that had allowed participants to walk across. So I combined the original PowerPoint presentation with the various speakers. This example is 4 minutes of a 15 minute presentation.

We needed separation of the speakers from the screen and designed a layout that allow us to do this. We used several banks of LEDs that were balanced for daylight. The speakers controlled their presentation through their laptops. This allowed them to always face the audience. The video below is the first 10 minutes of a 1 hour video. And there were 4 speakers and a Q&A panel session at the end.
